What/who is covered under this Policy?
All data related to NSIC available in the ERP System (i.e. Integral Software Solution - ISS), all users of Integral Software Solution, employees of the Corporation who feeds in information by means of either collected/ received/ possessed/ stored/ dealt in/ handled of NSIC and visits the site erp.nsicnet.in, are covered under this Policy.
The Features of the Policy:
All Information collected shall be used for the relevant lawful purposes connected with various functions or activities of the Corporation enabling to maintain records as per internal/legal/regulatory requirements and shall be used to provide the Management and the Stakeholders with the best possible services/reports and also to protect interests of NSIC.
The Information shall not be shared with any external organisation unless the same is necessary to protect the interests of the Corporation or the same is necessary or required pursuant to applicable Regulatory norms or pursuant to the terms and conditions applicable to such Information as agreed to with NSIC or pursuant to any requirement of law/regulations or any Government/court/other relevant authorities directions/orders. Needless to add, confidentiality norms as applicable to Corporation shall be adhered to.
Individual users of the ERP Integral Software System (ISS) shall not be allowed to share any information to one or more agents/contractors / sub-contractors/ any third party or any outsider without proper authentication and permission of the competent authority (as applicable). This shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle NSIC to initiate action as per conduct rules of the Corporation, without prejudice to any damages, to which the Covered Persons may be entitled otherwise.
Please note that the accuracy of the Information provided on the ISS is essential, among others, to provide accurate picture of the products and services and other financial parameters to the Management and the Stakeholders. It is therefore a term and condition governing the access and use of the ISS that you undertake to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Information disclosed, shared, exchanged or otherwise updates any changes in the Information.
The Corporation may, from time to time, change this policy.
