All Contents of the ISS erp.nsicnet.in, including data, graphics, MIS and overall appearance of the website, are the sole and exclusive property of NSIC. By uploading, posting, publishing or otherwise transmitting any content to ISS erp.nsicnet.in, it is automatically becoming part of the Corporation data and the same cannot be used for any unlawful activity or be shared with any third party without necessary authorization (as per requirement). The selection of passwords, their use and management as a primary means to control access to systems is to strictly adhere to best practice guideline and refer to NSIC IT Policy or password policy of the software. In particular, passwords shall not be shared with any other person for any reason.
The users of ISS are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password given to access the Site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password. The user agrees to notify the admin authority immediately of any unauthorized use of their passwords.
The ownership of data, posted in the software is of the respective individual user/department. The data needs to be manually verified from time to time and any mismatch with the actual data and the software needs to be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. Any financial imprudence or any liability arising out of data posting or wrong calculation is not the responsibility of the software. NSIC cannot guarantee the current status, accuracy and completeness of the content of data in the software.
However, the users by using the ISS are automatically obliged to abide by IT Act 2000 and 2008, and all other statutory compliance which are applicable as per the law of the land. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the moment NSIC become aware of a specific infringement. If NSIC becomes aware of such infringements, such contents would be removed from the ISS immediately.
NSIC disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation any warranties concerning the availability, quality, accuracy or content of information, advice and other services. Through this software you may be able to link to other software/s of the Corporation it is clarified that NSIC have no control over the nature, content and availability of information/data on those software/s. The authorised access to this related software/s would be given as per requirement and approval of competent authority. The ownership of data and information available on the integrated softwares would be of the user/parent department.
